Samsung UN65D8000 65-Inch 1080p 240Hz 3D Went HDTV

I purchased this tv virtually 2 weeks ago to replace a 42 in Panasonic plasma. There are a circumstances of peachy things about this tv, but the one thing that matters about – the pic – Samsung UN65D8000 was a big disappointment. The aim and features of this tv are great. Internet worked actually well, menus are nicely placed away and I loved the big screen. If you view the tv direct on, the flick is excellent, but if you ride the slightest bit choke substance it washes out quickly. Negro stratums got terrible, screen uniformity issues gone glaring (flashlighting and erect banding) and colors (particularly flesh tones) are poor. Watching an episode of American Horror Storey was a nightmare. I exchanged this tv for the PN64D8000 plasma and am much happier. The plasma film is not quite as bright, only the dead heart considering and colors are far superior. For me, meliorate negroid levels and colour are more important than spectacularly bright whites. The plasma has a far superior picture.
